What are the things that drain you? Repetitive routines can be exhausting, and we may have wished to get away from it all and rest for a while. However, escaping our realities is far from simple. So, why not try to run to Korean variety shows when you have these kinds of moments?

Korean variety shows are well-known for their entertainment value, but with so many to choose from, the ones we need when we are stressed are the ones that will provide us with healing and peace. If you're not sure where to begin, we've compiled a list of shows with their own healing components for you to consider!

Jung Hae In Walk-cumentary

With the variety of K-Dramas he has starred in, there is no denying in Jung Hae In's talent as an actor. However, this show allows the audience to see him in a new light as he goes out of the K-Drama world and tries to produce his own travel documentary in New York—a city he has always wanted to visit. In this variety show, the actor shares his journey through the city that never sleeps, which he comes to visit for the first time.

It is indeed a treat for the fans of Hae in but also to those who want to glimpse on what it is like to tour around New York. You can check out Jung Hae In Walk-cumentary on Viu or on Youtube via KBS World!

TWogether

This original Netflix variety show takes you on an adventure to six countries across Asia, instead of solely South Korea. The cast, which includes Korean actor, singer, and entertainer Lee Seung Gi and Taiwanese actor, model, and musician Jasper Liu, faces the challenge of overcoming cultural and language barriers while doing missions to collect clues which will bring them closer to meeting their local fans.

TWogether not only shows us how Jasper and Seung Gi's friendship develops as they travel, but it also allows us to discover new cultures and places in Asia. Check it out on Netflix!

House on Wheels

We often say that there is no place like home, but what if you have a house that moves and you can take wherever you go? Live the dream alongside actors Sung Dong Il and Kim Hee Won, who are regular members on this travel variety show. As the title suggests, the show takes you across various relaxing places in South Korea through the cast who are traveling in a House on Wheels—a tiny portable home where the cast also sleeps, cooks, and serves as their home on the road.

With four seasons under its belt, it is undeniable that the show is well-loved by its audience. Each season, Dong Il and Hee Woon are joined by a new younger member whom you will adore–Yeo Jin Goo in the first season, Im Si wan in the second, Gong Myung in the third, and Rowoon in the fourth. The adventures get even more fun as the cast are joined by various guests who experience the House on Wheels for the very first time!
