"Finally! It's over!"
That's what I honestly said after I finished watching the series.
As mentioned in my previous blog, I am not sure whether I will watch it or not, but I ended up finishing the whole series even Oh In Beom's acting kind of ruin everything. I gave it a chance as I secretly wished that his acting skills will improve, but I didn't get what I was looking for till the end.
I took a screenshot of one of the scenes where I can't believe how he delivered it. The photo was taken right after the exorcism of the egg ghost.
Good thing, Jang Na Ra was the lead. I can always feel what she's trying to deliver. Like I said, I feel that she always makes her new roles sink into her bones so she can portray them as realistic as possible.
Like I said, I don't have anything against the actor, but the acting skill was too awful, I cannot feel anything. Also, because of that, I kind of lose interest in the drama. I was not that hooked.

Please don't bash me as this is only my opinion. We all have our own preferences.
To quickly summarize the story, it's about how someone who has a grudge against the other person can affect things that we cannot see with our bare eyes. The story simply says there's no good in holding grudges and regrets. Things happen for a reason and let it stay the way it is. Move forward.
I also saw a plothole.
Does anyone notice it? When In Beom and Ji Ah were young, it was shown in one of the episodes that after the exorcism of the egg ghost, they both passed out. Then In Beom touched Ji Ah, and something sparked in their eyes.
In the present time, when they've done exorcism for the egg ghost, again, something sparked again, but we never got an explanation of what was that for.
I waited for a reason, but it never came. I thought there's something special behind that, but the drama came to an end, and I got nothing.
If in case you know the reason behind it, please share it with me. I am begging you.

If there's one thing that I like the most about this drama, it is the lack of love angle between the main characters. I liked how they stayed wholesome till the end. I liked the "dating life" of Joo Hwa Jung, though. It's not too obvious, but you'll definitely feel something is going on between her and Jung Ji Wook from the police.
If given a chance, I'd also like to see more of Kim Tae Jin and Changhwa ahjumma. Their relationship is too wholesome and there's a lot of feels. I can feel the warmth though they aren't blood-related.

Again, I am not bashing Jung Yong Hwa. But as an avid fan of Korean dramas, I just felt like something is missing in his craft. Apologies to the readers who got offended by how I expressed my frustration. But it is what it is.
