Our GoodBoy is Back and Here's a Recap!
It’s not even a week after his Bench/ Fan Meet yet we’re already missing our one and only GoodBoy, Kim Seon Ho! Bogoshipeo, uri Kim Seon Ho-sshi!~
On July 22, 2023, the K-drama hit “Hometown Cha Cha Cha” and “Start-Up” star, Kim Seon Ho, made a fan meet comeback six months after his first fan meet in the Philippines in 2023.
All of his fans' desires and prayers were answered when Bench, a popular clothing brand in the Philippines, named Seon Ho an official global ambassador and organized its first fan meet in the Philippines under the said company.
Bench's #LoveToMeetOurGoodBoy event took place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, allowing thousands of fans to see how "good boy" Kim Seon Ho is. The fan meet grew more amusing and kilig-filled thanks to the humorous and enthusiastic host, Robi Domingo, and Seon Ho's superb translator—a winning combination!
If you already miss him after attending his fan meet last Saturday, or if you are unable to attend his fan meet, don't worry, chinguya!~ We have your back!~

Kim Seon Ho’s “Touching the Void”
During the first minutes of the event, Robi Domingo asked Seon Ho about his recent theater play titled “Touching The Void”. Seon Ho talked about the synopsis of the play, and revealed that in order for him to successfully play his role, he met the mountaineer himself— Touching the Void is based on a book that details about the adventures of the mountaineer, Joe Simpson.
Robi was moved by Kim Seon Ho's encouraging words when asked whether he could give advice to his supporters based on the character he performed. "Do not give up," Kim Seon Ho remarked. Hwaiting, yeorobun!~
The Film “The Childe”
When asked what are the things he did as he prepared for his acting in the new film “The Childe”, Seon Ho revealed that he looked for references for his character.
The emcee asked whether he had a favorite actor, and he graciously said that he does not have a favorite actor or actress as he has many senior actors who are all very excellent and amazing, and he admires them all.

When asked about his favorite film, Seon Ho responded humorously, "The Childe." Many fans were moved to tears by his laughing! Seon Hosshi, kyeopta!~

Kim Seon Ho revealed that he prefers wearing clothes in shirts and sweatshirts. And he candidly tells his supporters that they can find it on Bench/!

First Game: “Spot the Difference”
Seon Ho was overjoyed with his first game in the event. He played in the "Spot the Difference" game.
He was sad when he spotted the first photo since he thought he could not spot it all. But he was overjoyed when he realized he had spotted everything correctly.
During his first game in the event, Kim Seon Ho was able to spot all of the differences in all of the pictures that were shown to him.

Second Game: Seon Ho and His Drawings
Three lucky fans were able to play with Seon Ho at the stage. Sana all, chingus!~
In order to win the game, fans must be able to guess what Seon Ho is sketching.
Seon Ho sketched a camera first, then IDs and certificates, and finally a corndog.
The three fans won the game and received their prizes, which were drawings of Seon Ho with his autograph.
Third Game: “Pinoy Henyo”
All fans were ecstatic following the third game titled “Pinoy Henyo”.
Fans all over the coliseum got to join the game as Seon Ho guessed words and asked all people inside the Araneta.
Seon Ho was able to guess all the Pinoy Henyo words: Han Ji Pyeong, Dog, and The Childe.

Kim Seon Ho cooks Tteokbokki
From Chief Hong to CHEF hong! Seon Ho cooked his favorite food Tteokbokki in front of thousands of people inside the Araneta.
He got thrilled when he tasted his own Teokkbokki saying that it was too spicy! Gwaenchana, Seon Ho oppa!~ We got you!
A lucky fan was able to taste his Teokkbokki.
Fans from the left side of the stage got ecstatic when the charming and lovable Good Boy went down the stage to check if his fan enjoyed his Teokkbokki. No more sana all!~

Filipino Food that Seon Ho likes
Robi asked Seon Ho about Filipino food that he likes to try. Seon Ho answered that he got to enjoy Halo-Halo during his lunch.
He also got to try eating Lechon and Bulalo.

Seon Ho was emotional when he watched the video Bench prepared for him.
He was smiling, laughing, and teary-eyed while watching and reading the messages his fans made for him
During the event's final segment, supporters who won the raffle had the opportunity to snap a photo with Seon Ho and have their signed posters handed down to them on stage by Kim Seon Ho himself.
Seon Ho bowed too many times in front of his supporters before finally exiting the stage to bring the event to a close. I’m not crying, you are! T_T We love you, our Good Boy!~
Kim Seon Ho is the Hong Banjang of our lives, and he is a Good Boy! He truly is a humbled man with a massive heart for his fans, as evidenced by his grace and respect during the Bench Fan Meet. Fans (including myself!~ haha) are hoping that Seon Ho will return to the Philippines again! Ppalli, oppa! Haha! Rest, and please be healthy and happy, uri Seon Ho-sshi!~
As of this writing, Seon Ho had returned to South Korea safely. But, before returning to SoKor, he was able to have lunch with Bench owner Ben Chan, and he was able to visit his iconic Guadalupe Billboards, as well as Intramuros and Luneta.
