On February 1, PinoySeoul was one of the fortunate media outlets to attend Super Junior’s virtual conference and hear their thoughts for their documentary, The Last Man Standing, on Disney+.
The group’s leader, Leeteuk, along with their main vocalist, Ryeowook, greeted the people inside the virtual room before answering questions regarding their documentary.
Aside from being a K-pop idol, Leeteuk is now a well-known host in Korea, and he graced the question and answer session by starting off with how they felt while watching their own journey for the past 17 years.
Ryeowook admitted that he teared up while watching his own old videos that he didn’t expect his company still had. Leeteuk then followed and admitted that it was already his fourth time watching the documentary, and he teared up in every single one of them.
They also opened up and looked back at how they were able to survive their days in the past 17 years with their numerous fights and misunderstandings and how nervous they were every time they introduced themselves to the people, in which Leeteuk shared how Ryeowook couldn’t even tell the people his own name out of nervousness.
But despite all of it, both of the boys have nothing to say to their past selves but to just do their best and that they’re doing well, which their Everlasting Friends (ELF) would definitely agree with.
