The announcement of Dunkin Philippines last December of 2022 have made the fans blow their enthusiasm not only because of them meeting Kim Soo Hyun once in a lifetime but also because Dunkin' made this moment special and memorable for them. The “Nothin’ like Dunkin’' fan meet for Kim Soo Hyun was held at Smart Araneta Coliseum Last January 17, 2023.
As the excitement of fans are undeniably seen wearing their smiles, as well as the fans who have bought their fan made merches and also some are wearing customized merches.

Fans were patiently waiting for their turn to proceed inside the Araneta coliseum. Some fans have waited for hours before the start of the event which only shows their excitement to see Kim Soo Hyun.
Fans who were picked from the lucky draw earlier had a Q&A with Kim Soo Hyun in relation to Dunkin’ Donuts. Kim Soo Hyun then felt sorry about the game as he thought that it was an easy game to do with his fans. Kim Soo Hyun added “I have a really good time and a lot of expectations, and it’s freshly January right now and I like and love the power I receive from the Filipino fans”.
Kim Soo Hyun also shared his experience of Dunkin’ shops from Korea and the Philippines with the difference as Dunkin’ Philippines had its own counter for you to accommodate you with your orders, but not in South Korea where you get your order and take it to the counter yourself. This is before the start of the ‘Nothin like Dunkin’ fan meet when Kim Soo Hyun visited a Dunkin’ Donut store.
Another 3 lucky fans got their chance to take a picture with Kim Soo Hyun from the lucky draw. They got their chance to take a picture and shake hands with the actor. A fan also voiced out her personal message for the actor, and shared how gifted she is when it’s actually her birthday and got to interact with his favorite Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun.
Another game that was played was a guessing game, where Kim Soo Hyun had to guess anything he would notice in the picture on the screen.
Kim Soo Hyun correctly guessed the Jeepney and added “...if you’ll be a jeepney driver then you will be a good husband” which he has heard before about the Philippines. He also guessed the pineapple, mango, and durian right. Which made his fans amazed with his knowledge about the Philippines.
Before ending the show, Kim Soo Hyun gave a short message for his fans.
” ...because of you guys I will do my best with the future projects’’ - Kim Soo Hyun
He also shared that he had fun with the energy of his fans. Asking them to show the same energy when he will get a chance to be back again. He uttered the words “Mahal Kita” as a sign of love and appreciation for his Filipino fans.
The ‘Nothin like Dunkin’ fan meet event for Kim Soo Hyun was a success. Kim Soo Hyun also revealed that he will be having a comeback drama for this year 2023.
As the show ended, fans were satisfied with the event and showed their gratitude to Dunkin Philippines for the memorable experience with the award-winning Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun.
