Four years ago, when the South Korean language tutorial of PinoySeoul.com hosted by Nash Ang and Daniel Stephen Bungay started on Facebook to help the Filipinos who will take the Employment Permit System Test Proficiency in Korean (EPS TOPIK) Examination. The copies of their tutorials are also available on YouTube. The EPS TOPIK examination is one of the crucial requirements for the Filipinos who aspire to work in South Korea. Once they pass the test, they will be qualified to work there. Otherwise, you have to take another test in the next given schedule if you failed the exam.

Since June 20, 2018, PinoySeoul.com started to generate the online community via Facebook namely “EPS TOPIK Online” to serve as a self-study platform for the members of the particular group page. The community members have been active for many years. They also shared some study files to help fellow members who have the same dream, which is to go and work in South Korea.

After four years, the language tutorial provided by PinoySeoul is back - the Hangul TV. This program is hosted by Daniel Stephen Bungay, Lemon Tubiano, and Thea Templanza. The live premiere of the pilot episode started on December 22, 2022. Sir Daniel discussed three topics in the first episode. These are the following:

Korean as Foreign Language

Korean Vowels

Korean Consonants

In fact, this program is intended for Filipinos who already have prior knowledge in Hangul. The topics to be discussed here may serve as refresher courses that may help the audiences to pass the upcoming EPS TOPIK Examination and be qualified to work soon in South Korea.
