Though we cannot deny that online events helped to make the pandemic bearable for fans, nothing beats the experience of jumping with a large crowd, singing along with your fellow fans, and being in the same room as your idols. The time has finally arrived, and the long wait is over! More than two years later, our favorite KPOP idols and groups are finally making their way to the Philippines to provide Filipino fans with well-deserved and one of a kind concert experiences.
So far, the following KPOP Idols and groups have made it to the Philippines and performed this year:
Red Velvet
Filo Reveluvs were treated to Red Velvet's performances as they headlined the Be You: The World Will Adjust benefit concert last July 22, along with supporting acts BGYO, Bini, and Lady Pipay, who are today's pride of Filipinos in the performance scene. Aside from Reveluvs meeting Red Velvet after a long time, what makes the concert even more heartwarming is that it was held for a special cause for people with special needs.

Treasure, Bambam, and Jackson Wang
The 2022 K-Pop Masterz in Manila last July 29 is indeed a perfect treat for both old and new KPOP fans! Treasure and GOT7's Bambam and Jackson dominated the SM Mall of Asia Arena, which was packed with Treasure Makers and Ahgases. The night got even better for the Filipino fans who came as Sandara Park, a Filipino pride and member of KPOP girl group 2NE1, joined the stage and delivered a surprise performance.

There's always a first time for everything, and Filo NEVERLANDs finally got to see the girl group (G)I-DLE perform live in Manila on September 11! The group's JUST ME ()I-DLE World Tour is indeed a blessing for Filipino fans who have been waiting for them since their previous concert schedule in Manila in 2020 was canceled.

Seventeen
When Manila was the last stop before Seventeen’s Ode To You World Tour was permanently canceled due to the pandemic back in 2020, it still feels surreal that Filo Carats will finally be meeting the group again after two years. Carats will have the best weekend ever as Seventeen's World Tour: Be the Sun will take place for two nights on October 8 and 9 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Tomorrow x Together (TXT), a fourth-generation KPOP boy group, is about to embark on their first-ever world tour! Thankfully, the Philippines is among the countries they will visit! Act: Lovesick will happen in Manila on October 27 and 28 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
