Ever wondered how K-pop stars like IU, Lisa, Suzy, and many more achieve their healthy and slim figures? Well, there is no question that the K-Pop Diet, a.k.a Korean Weight Loss Diet, is the key to the answer. If you want to know more about this diet, (or if you want to have a K-star bod too), this article will guide you on what it is, how it works and what are some rules to follow

WHAT IS THE K-POP DIET?

According to Healthline, the K-pop diet originated in South Korea which centers on a whole-foods-based diet inspired by traditional Korean cuisine. This diet has been used by many K-artists as a way to lose weight and claims to help in having clear skin for long-term health benefits. The K-pop diet fundamentally promotes healthy eating habits as it lessens the in-take of heavily processed, sugary and fat-rich food. This diet doesn’t deprive you from eating your favorite food, but instead helps you to modify your eating habits to more healthier substitutes. For this diet to be effective, it is strongly emphasized to include exercise in your routine.
