Training for work is necessary in order for the employee to have an idea regarding the field he/she will be working on.
Upon entering South Korea, foreign workers under the Employment Permit System will have to undergo training for three days and two nights and will be given 16 hours of education regarding Korean culture, labor, and immigration.
