Training for work is necessary in order for the employee to have an idea regarding the field he/she will be working on. 

Upon entering South Korea, foreign workers under the Employment Permit System will have to undergo training for three days and two nights and will be given 16 hours of education regarding Korean culture, labor, and immigration.

Foreign workers must undergo medical procedures upon their arrival in South Korea. If the foreign worker undergoes medical procedures and found out that there are medical problems that prohibit them to work, they will be immediately sent back to their home country. Every foreign worker under EPS who has medical problems diagnosed will have guaranteed insurance called Casualty Insurance, and Return Cost Insurance.

Contents of Foreign Workers Training:

Korean Culture	Socialization between workmates, good manners, and rules inside the dormitory’s premises	2 hours
Relevant Laws, Regulations, and Advice	Employment for foreign workers, standards in implementing laws, and Immigration Laws Grievances, Consultation, and Guidance Information and Education to avoid sexual harassment	4 hours                                                2 hours
Information regarding Health and Safety	INFORMATION ABOUT SAFETY: - Safety signs - General safety - Safety inside the workplace - Hydraulics epidemic prevention BASIC SKILLS: - Industrial Equipment	6 hours

Every foreign worker must obey rules and regulations not only for themselves but for their employers and companies as well, and making such a good record can’t be taken away especially if you are working for a foreign land.
