This group is solely for Filipinos working in S Korea who are interested in obtatining a college degree through the ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program). ETEEAP is an alternative education program in the Philippines that allows working professionals who were not able to finish their college education or were completely unable to step into college to earn a bachelor’s degree without going through traditional schooling methods.
Pangasinan State University is one of the institutitons deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to implement this program. PSU is working with Namseoul University in Cheonan, S Korea in implementing this program to Filipinos working in South Korea.
Under this program, professionals with five or more years of working experience can use the knowledge, experiences, and achievements they obtained through their jobs to earn school credits that are then deducted from the total number of units that they are required to earn before they graduate. This way, the more professional experience the ETEEAP student demonstrates, the sooner he or she can earn his or her bachelor’s degree.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School graduate
2. At least 25 years old
3. Has 5 years TOTAL work experience (Korea, Philippines or anywhere. More points if abroad)

No, if you are a natural born citizen, then you are qualified. Kahit ano pa status mo sa Korea.
ANG DIPLOMA KO BA IS NAMSEOUL UNIVERSITY?
Ang magbibigay po ng diploma is Pangasinan State University. NSU is just facilitating this program.
ME AGE LIMIT PO BA?
Me minimum age po tayo na 25. Pero wala po age limit. Kahit 60 na po kayo, pwede po kayo mag apply.
ILANG TAON PO YUNG PROGRAM?
Matatapos mo ang program in less than a year.
PAANO ANG PAG-AARAL PAG ME TRABAHO PO AKO?
Walang problema. Bibigyan kayo ng modules for each subject and you will study in your own time and your own pace. Basta tatapusin lang in 6 months.
ME BAYAD PO BA?
Opo, magbabayad tayo sa PSU for the evaluation, tuition fees and other fees. Tapos we have to shoulder the travel expenses of PSU faculty to come here and evaluate, inspect our work sites. Please see previous posts for the total fees.
PAANO PO PAG WALA AKO SA KOREA?
Hindi po pwede. Only Filipinos working in Korea ang maka join dito sa group na to. You can apply to any CHED ETEEAP accredited schools sa Philippines if you are in the Philipines.

Ang ETEEAP is based on your work experiences. Pag wala po kayo ma present na certificate or katunayan, hindi po namin mabibigyan po ng points. So dapat me mga papeles to prove your work experiences.
WHAT IF EXPERIENCE KO IS FACTORY WORKER, AND GUSTO KO MAG EDUCATION?
Ang ETEEAP is based on your work experiences. Your work experience will be earned as school credits. So if your experience is working in the factory, your degree will be related like Bachelors in Industrial Technology.

Pwede po, bale pangalawang degree nyo na po eto.
PAANO MAKAKUHA NG MARAMING POINTS DURING EVALUATION?
Certificates, trainings, seminars, memberships in any organizations, volunteer work, lahat po is pwede as long as you have a paper to prove.
KELANGAN PO BA NG COMPUTER OR LAPTOP?
Yes, kelangan po to get in touch with your teachers.
MERON PO BANG GRADUATION?
Yes, plano po namin sa Philippine Embassy gagawin ang graduation to make it official.
DO YOU SPONSOR VISAS?
No, we don't sponsor visas. The degree granting university is Pangasinan State University. Namseoul University is just assisting in this program.
ME FINAL EXAM PO BA?
Wala po. Ang final exam is work demo. Ang assessment nyo is through questions na nasa modules na ibibigay sa inyo.
ME BUMABAGSAK PO BA?
Babagsak ka if hindi ka mag submit ng requirements or Hindi mo sasagutin mga tanong ng mga teachers online. Halos lahat naman po is through email.
